Since the onset of the pandemic, we explored over 40 mountain hikes in Southern British Columbia, Canada capturing and juxtaposing imagery which speaks to the global unfolding, the appreciation of the “new normal” and living alone with COVID-19.

The Blind, Divider or Barrier concept unfolded with this footage… From the left panel to right: Seclusion / Solitude \ Serenity were populated with imagery shot during this period. As our workspace became our living space and visa versa, the need to be in nature to preserve our mental health was paramount. We created sacred spaces within our homes to transform loneliness, isolation and seclusion into emptiness, silence and solitude then finally evolving into peace, unity and serenity.
